Who we are?
Poseidn is a Canadian brand owned by the renowned Laura Secord company, revolutionizing the beverage industry as the world’s first and only creator of 3D-printed Drink Bombs. From cocktail bombs to hot chocolate and tea bombs, each product is crafted using a unique patented technology developed in our Quebec City factory.
What are Drink Bombs?
Drink Bombs are like bath bombs, but made for your drinks. Simply drop one into your liquid of choice and watch it transform into a flavorful, ready-to-enjoy beverage.
Our Drink Bombs come in adorable 3D shapes, and each one is carefully crafted to deliver a burst of rich, delicious flavours. They offer the easiest and most effortless way to create drinks at home, no mixology skills required. There’s no need for a long list of ingredients or sugary syrups, which means less waste and no hassle.

How does it work?
It’s incredibly simple! Basically, you just need to drop each Bomb into the liquid specified in its recipe, watch it dissolve, give it a quick stir, add ice and another liquid if needed, then enjoy the magic!
In seconds, you'll see the Bomb transforms your glass into an exquisite beverage whether it’s a cocktail/mocktail or a cozy hot drink.

Our Laura Secord/Poseidon factory store, located at 470 Godin Ave., Quebec, QC, Canada, G1M 2K2, is open to the public a few times per week. We recommend checking our opening hours before your visit. You can also choose this location for web order pick-up.

Where should Drink Bombs be stored to preserve them longer?
The best way to preserve our Drink Bombs is to store them in a cool, dry place, away from humidity and heat sources. Keeping the packaging airtight is essential to maintain product quality and ensure proper performance.

Do Drink Bombs contain allergens?
Our Drink Bombs are safe for the most common allergies and intolerances. All our products are 100% nut-free, vegan, dairy & egg free, gluten free, preservatives-free and more!
We carefully choose the ingredients in our recipes and we pay special attention to ensure that as many people as possible can fully benefit from it. Furthermore, we operate in a nut-free facility and therefore our procedure standards are highly checked.
Can we eat the Drink Bombs raw?
We do not recommend eating the products raw because they are not made for this purpose. They are made to dissolve in liquid to create amazing drinks. However, no harm should be caused if eaten raw (our employees sometimes do it just for fun).
How can i create custom Drink Bombs?
Yes, we create Customized Drink Bombs for corporate clients and private labels. We accept custom projects as long as they meet our minimum order quantities and production timelines.

Cocktail Bombs
Can we mix your Cocktail Bombs with other spirits?
The mixologist part of ourselves will tell you that it's not optimal to use our Cocktail Bombs with a different spirit than the one intended since every cocktail recipe was designed to work with a specific type of spirit.
However, there are a lot of combinations that will work and in a world of infinite tastes, you get to try whatever you want! Who knows? Maybe you'll find an incredible mix that we would have never thought of that we'd love to hear about!
Can Cocktail Bombs make mocktails?
Yes, you can use our Cocktail Bombs without alcohol to create mocktails!
However, since the Cocktail Bombs flavours were designed to be put into a specific alcohol, the final taste might not be as tasty and desired.
We do have some mocktail recipes approved by our team, but mostly for Gin Tonic Bombs. For the rest, we suggest to use alcohol-free spirits on the market to replace the Gin or White wine for the best result!
What is the shelf life of Cocktail Bombs?
The shelf life of Cocktail Bombs is typically 18 months from the manufacturing date. Products must be stored in a dry environment, as humidity is the main factor affecting shelf life.
Our products do not require a best-before date on the packaging; however, you can contact us with the lot number for more information about the products you have on hand.
How to make sure that Cocktail Bombs dissolve entirely and fast?
Always following our instructions is the key for the best experience with our products.
It's very important to dissolve the Cocktail Bomb in the right amount of alcohol first before adding ice cubes. Stirring the mix for about 30 seconds to fully dissolved the Bomb. The amount of time you might need to stir will depend on the recipe - since we use most natural ingredients, some of them are just naturally slower to dissolve.
Tips : Do not try to dissolve the Drink Bombs in sparkling water or ice right away. They are specially designed to melt in flat liquid i.e. alcohol, water, etc. Always add the other liquid and ice as the last steps!

Hot Drink Bombs
Can we use Hot Chocolate Bombs with water or milk alternatives?
Absolutely! Our Hot Chocolate Bombs dissolve perfectly in hot water or any milk alternative. There are many options available on the market, and our customers love experimenting with different choices.
What if the shelf life of Hot Drink Bombs?
The shelf life of our Hot Chocolate Bombs is typically longer than that of our Cocktail Bombs, so up to 24 months from the manufacturing date. Internal testing has shown that they can remain in excellent condition even beyond this period when stored properly.
Products must be kept in a dry environment, as humidity is the main factor affecting shelf life.
Our products do not require a best-before date on the packaging; however, you can contact us with the lot number for more information about the products you have on hand.
Are Hot Chocolate Bombs dairy-free and nut-free?
Yes! All our products are 100% nut-free and vegan (dairy-free and egg-free).
We understand that some flavours, such as hazelnut, may raise questions. Please rest assured that we use only natural flavourings and no actual nuts.
We carefully select our ingredients and take extra care to ensure our products can be enjoyed by as many people as possible. In addition, all our products are made in a certified nut-free facility, with strict quality and safety procedures in place.

Shipping / Orders / Returns
Where do you ship to?
At this time, we only ship to Canada and US addresses via our website.
If you are international, please reach out to us at hello@poseidn.com to verify if there could be a possibility to ship to you.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on period of the year, it can take up to 3 business days before your order is processed and shipped from our facility.
After this, it usually takes around 1 to 5 extra business days to be delivered for the main urban areas in Quebec and Ontario.
For the rest of Canada and US, the delay varies considerably as it depends mainly on the local operator. You will be able to see an approximate shipping date at checkout depending on your address and courier chosen. But it could take up to 5 extra business days to be deliverd to you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a clickable tracking number to follow your delivery.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or if i have a defective item?
A damaged product is one that was not received in the same condition as when it was shipped (for example, crushed Drink Bombs or accessories).
If this happens, please send a photo of the damaged product to hello@poseidn.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Upon review, Poseidn will provide a refund or replacement for the damaged items.
What to do if my order is incomplete or there is a missing product?
First or all, do not worry! Upon delivery, if your order is incomplete, please send us an email to: hello@poseidn.com. Our team look into it and send you the missing items if applicable or refund you the equivalent amount of the missing items in Canadian dollar.
